I've just received the following email. These emails attempt to create linkspam. Search engines penalise linkspam.

BEGINS
Hi I`m Adam Davies from comparecarhire.co.uk. We are one of the leading car hire comparators on the web searching over 40 car hire suppliers finding consumers the best deal. .

I am looking for partners that complement our site and iomfats.org seems a good fit. We can either:-

1) Exchange links with you (we don`t have a links page - we link from relevant content pages on comparecarhire.co.uk which we will explain when you reply).

- OR -

2) Our team have been working hard creating content on our own site and we wondered if you would be interested in some unique, free of charge content written for you to publish on iomfats.org.

Our editors cover a wide range of subjects and can quickly agree a subject with you and write specifically for you - you will have full editorial control and it definitely won`t be a sales pitch for us.

All we would ask is that you allow us to include one simple text link back to comparecarhire.co.uk towards the end of the content which will hopefully be found by the search engines in the longer term - which is how we would benefit.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Kind Regards - Adam Davies
Webmaster, http://www.comparecarhire.co.uk
ENDS

I've emailed him back:

"Now that is interesting. Please tell me with some precision how our sites complement each other?"

Are you as curious as I am about his reply?

If we were to suggest option 2, what topic should his editors cover?

Ahh well, to answer your last question. Since they are a car oriented company I would suggest they discuss the topic of sex in cars.

Where would they recommend having the best sex, front seat or back? Is anal sex preferable or is oral sex a better choice in such cramped conditions. Maybe they could suggest a good place to park the car during sexual encounters in case the police come around and disturb the occupants.

All these questions need an answer, and since they feel IOMFATS is so compatable and "compliments" what they are doing I am sure you will get a prompt reply. If not tell them to buzz off. ;-D

Following on Chris' post, I'm also maybe thinking a comparative list of the top 10 cars to have sex in based on space and such...

Or even on a more serious note if Gay Men are a lower accident risk than Straight men when renting cars...

Okay Michael-K, I admit to some serious automotive sexual gymnastics in my youth. I can claim to have done it in an MGB, a Volkswagen and a huge Chrysler before the age of eighteen. At the time none of those had reclining seats...groan. Then they invented the hatchback...yaaaay. Enough said...Razz
