Some will recognise this as the header for the first post I made about a young man who has been sharing my life for most of this year. The original post is here http://forum.iomfats.org/w-agora/index.php?bn=forumiomfatsorg_placeofsafety&key=1259885697&pattern=tears+streaming&action=view . Some here have been following developments on my blog, as the lad moved in with me, and started to get his life together.

Tonight things have fallen apart. When - or if - the lad returns or contacts me, I will have to tell him that he can no longer live here. I'll continue to support him as best I can, in whatever ways he needs and allows, but I have to limit the risk I expose myself to.

Details on the blog http://www.nickweeks.net/blogging/?p=856, if anyone is interested.

"The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral, begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy. ... Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night devoid of stars." Martin Luther King

The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

I have sent you a text message pointing you to your blog comments since I know you may not have reading them as your first priority. Come to that I doubt you will be here as your first priority ether. I just want to use all avenues short of phoning you "unwanted" to make sure you know that I am around.
