It is sad to loose someone, but it is especially hurtful for it to happen so abruptly. When illness takes a loved one there is a time of adjustment allowed to us to give us time to say our farewells. When one of us is torn from the portrait of this world without warning we go into shock. We feel that there were so many things left unsaid, so many things left undid.
Within the tapestry which is our lives we know there is a bright thread cut short, many here have been privilaged to have the threads which are their own touch his, while others just come close in the weaving.
I didn't know The Scholar personally but i know his work, and his messages here.
I am sorry our threads didn't touch.
As the tapestry weaves on his color will be sorely missed, but it will never be forgotten.
To his partner, I am sorry you will have to endure without him. Remember the good times, the kind words, and hold him forever in that special place in your heart.
I know about loss. If you need to talk Tim can get us in touch, anytime.
Goodnight.......
