I don't want to see Saturday this weekend. I told a couple of you guys here that i wasn't going to let it get to me, but it has already started a down trip for me. One of the guys on my fire department is having a party, kinda big party Saturday night. GUESS who hasn't been invited. I've listened to others on the department talking about it, and how much they can't wait.
I was used to not being invited to things, but for some reason now it just gets me down when not. I guess i'll just spend the night like i did on thanksgiving. (alone, drinking, and prolly online chatting)(prolly going to be some tears in there somewhere too)

are glad you are here with us instead of there with them. Try not to let it get to you. It COULD be an oversight and he might regret it later if intentional. * H U G *

There is a great big world out there. All you have to do is stop feeling sorry for yourself and go out into it and have a good time.
Probably a better time than at that crummy party too.
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

My Saturday was spent alone, drinking and crying, too, but for a different reason. If I'd seen this message earlier I would have shared my bottle with you.
As a fire fighter you know what bravery is. Be brave now and don't let them know it hurts.

I'm so glad your joining us here, been crying already, reading about Drew, thinking about that stupid party, and still thinking about you and Robert. It hurts, but i will get over it, yours will hurt for a long while. I really want to thank you for your reply, coming from you at this time really means alot.
Thank you so much.
LOTS OF HUGS

Well, I made it through last night, actually better than I planned. My friend that went to the party said it was a "FLOP", so he left it early, and he and I went out. I hate to be rude, but i'm so glad it turned out to be a disappointment for the people that went. Now, maybe they won't talk about it to me. Well, just a little update, I'm doing fine now that that is over with.

A successful bash just after the flopping of the party you were neglected to be invited to will boost youre social standing emmensly. Spare no expense,,,, Hire a band,,,, Buy dancing boys to carry trays of food and drink,,,, LOL.....
I'm happy it turned out somewhat better for you.
(((((but I still would have crashed the party))))
