You know, the poem is good but I was more interested in what he wrote above it as an introduction. I've had exactly the same thing said to me when I make a comment that isn't about girls or cars or football....."What's up with you? Are you gay or something?" If gay equates with sensitivity, thoughtfulness and intelligence then maybe people need to take a really good look at themselves.
To get excited about something a teacher said or something that you read is forbidden and lord knows, you never show any interest in art or color or beauty....or try to help someone who is hurting.

Kinda going along the same line....Went to see Two Towers again and loved it even more than the first time. As we were walking to the parking lot, someone said, "Would be a great flick 'cept no f***ing." I was going to argue it but why bother? He missed the entire concept and I have to assume he always will.
