The Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution it seems can actually be used to defend Gay Marriage. "Conservatives" are extremely annoyed by the ruling even though it only covers Mass. right now. This will be intrestering to watch.

What next? The next republican President REBANNING gay marriage in Mass by amending the 10th amendment?

It's interesting to see how the judiciary and democratic process is being used as tools to fight the gay marriage debate. I'm glad Mass recognises gay marriage again but I wonder how long it will last.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
