Has anyone heard anything of Jeff lately?
I last heard from him at the end of July and I am getting worried for him.

He hasn't responded to a message I sent him in mid-August, which is most unusual as we have sent each other many messages and he's always been quick to respond to one of mine.

I have sent him a short 'How are you?' message and I will report back if he replies.

A number of us have done that. I wonder if anyone has met him face to face and might seek to make contact using real details?

I am afraid I have still not heard from Jeff. I know of others who have tried to contact him without success, but neither they nor I have 'real' contact details, only email etc.
