I have just learnt a new word - acroposthion - that part of the foreskin that protrudes beyond the glans. Must try and work it into one of my stories, though I do find an acroposthion aesthetically unpleasing.

I imagine, if you rub the underlying structure, the acroposthion becomes less prominent

Here in Canada we have, for generations, simply called the "acroposthion" overhang; with more the better being the sexually desired proposition of choice, barring the presence of inadequate hygiene as a matter of course.
