I just read your description on your user profile. So, you only have a brown eye? What color is the other one?

You mean my "avatar" thinamajig? Yup. And, in case you're wondering, that's the neck of my sax resting on my shoulder. Yeah, I'm cradling it like it was my own child.

I bet you're pretty good with your sax!
Wish I could play one.
The only thing I'm good at is an ordinary guitar and a piano.
I fancy learning how to play the violin too. Maybe during our sembreak, probably, I'll study.
Anyway, Machelli- are you a musician or composer or something?
Your posts are all kind of music-related.
BTW, you look great in your pic! Heh-heh!
Do you still look like that now?

No, I'm not a musician; I just like to get my pictures taken with a saxophone.
Ha ha! Just kidding; I've played the alto sax since fourth grade. People at home thought I was pretty good but I know better. I'd say I'm about average.
But I don't just play the sax; I also enjoy - yes, "enjoy" - composing music as well. I have close to forty original songs on my computer (I use MIDI) some of which aren't that good but I'd like to think that most of them are decent.
However, believe it or not, my TRUE focus is FILM. I've made a few movies that turned out alright. Most of them are kinda' tongue-in-cheek and a few are serious. I'm planning on entering one film of mine "The Lesson" into the "Carolina Film and Video Festival," which was suggested to me by one of my profs.
Thanks for the compliment about my appearance. Do I still look like that now? Sadly, no. Right now I'm wearing a sweater.

Kewel.....
I love movies!!!!!!
Especially the older vintage films.
Life is great for me... Most of the time... But then I meet people online... Very few are real friends... Many say they are but know nothing of what it means... Some say they are, but are so shallow...

What's keeping you from being a director RIGHT NOW? You don't need to be employed by a major motion picture company - or even a minor motion picture company - to direct films! All you need is a camera. And, perhaps, a tripod. And maybe an editing program. And a boom mic. And some actors. And a few lights. Oh yeah, a script would be nice, too.
Seriously, though, you need nothing more than a camera and an idea to direct a movie. Everything else just makes it look better.
