The paradox has often been noted that the United States, founded in secularism, is now the most religiose country in Christendom, while England, with an established church headed by its constitutional monarch, is among the least. (Richard Dawkins, 2006)

No hue, no cry, no "Stone him to death", just "Ok, poor guy, but he has a normal quality of life, it seems"

Why should we expect to live any differently than normal society??? It appeared that Chris came out with fear and trepidation, but when the rumble settled, he continued on with life... as an openly gay man... just normal for him.
This brings me back to a post I placed about a month ago, in which I asked 'why do some wear their homosexuality on their sleeve...?'
We need to accept who we are. Walk on through life being the best we can be. I just feel that so strongly.
I don't think there is a person on the earth who has the right to declare my love for another invalid... it is my business who I love.
As I have said many times, I am just a normal guy. The only difference between me and a straight person is who I fall in with, live with and build a life with will happen to be of the same sex as me. Otherwise, I work, play, fix, build, own a house... just like any other person who does these things.
Thanx for letting me ramble. Chris Smith is a hero to me....
