I was just driving home from the supermarket past a bus stop and noticed two 10 or 11 year old girls standing at it. And their stance made me take notice.
Both were standing in what can only be described as a "flirtatious" manner. It's to do with the position of the legs, somehow, and the tilt of the hips.
I've never seen boys of that (or any) age stand in a flirtatious manner, so a question came to me:
Is this a learned behaviour, or an instinctive behaviour, or is it to do with simple anatomy?
If either of the first two, why don't boys do it too? After all, boys do flirt, and with men!
