Josh is here. In case you don't know me, HI! 
I just want to say that you are gorgeous people.
Personally, I've had times in my life where I haven't liked myself. And where I've been pretty hard on myself.
Mainly because I've gained weight over the years.
But if you are going through something similar, I don't want you to beat yourself up.
You are perfect and wonderful just as you are. You're loved. And you're perfect just as you are.
Learn to love yourself. Even if the world is telling you differently.
Live. And be proud of who you are.

Hello, Josh. Nice to make your acquaintance.
Gaining weight is always something to be proud of at first. Less fun though, even beginning in middle school. But figure, we're born at 7 pounds and triple in year one. At that rate, by the time we hit 50 we'd weigh more than BC, closing in on Nunavut! (Hopefully I got that right. Not all that good at converting American into Canadian.) Anything less than that, we're doing fine.
So we're all doing fine, and I look forward to seeing you here!
