The first time I had sex I contracted HIV.

HIV testing needs to be as normal as a checkup at the dentist. In the UK it's free. 

It is by no means just a gay thing. Heterosexual folk who are sexually active need to be certain of their sexual health

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
