Is it just me, or does anyone else have a hard time reading a story when the author refuses to use quotation marks for dialog? Is it really that hard to write using the most basic of writing standards?

I've had no problem reading it. In fact, I didn't even notice the lack of quotation marks until I saw this post.

I think you probably ought to ask Rob about it. I found it odd at first, and certainly unconventional, but I'm able to see past it
