There's an interesting article at the free New York Times wirecutter.com site about a writer, Ann Patchett, who writes while walking (in her case on a treadmill desk). I noticed it because I do the same outside walking every day, phone in hand, ready for dictation. This fits with the general approach to writing to start with a rough first draft so that at least you get the outline of the story in place, to edit later.
If you're going to do this, though, do keep your eyes open and watch where you're going.

With all those AI program text to speech or speech to text that exists now, dictating while walking using one of those to lay down your ideas and polish later is quite possible now.  Most of the time now im listening to a text to speech AI reading to me stories instead of reading them directly so I can do other things at same time like gaming or walking outside with my headphones.

So I could do the opposite and write with a program especially for this.
