And I'm already over my 20GB download limit. Being throttled to 64k speeds sucks. At least it's only for 4 days.

Yeah, almost all Australian ISPs have "download limits" once you exceed that you either pay for the extra data usage, or you are speed-capped.
It is stupid, and I think unique to Australia. I blame Telstra, the former publically owned telecom monopoly.

Good luck when all the infrastructure is owned by a single company and they charge ISPs rental fees based on data usage
