What I like most about the book is that he approaches writing not from the standpoint of a grammarian but from that of a copy editor. He assumes that most of us have grammar basics down but could use help on some of the finer points. I also appreciate his dry humor ... even if I don't always agree with some of his advice.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
