I've only read the Explanation of Terms, and it was a trip back in time. I attended public school in the UK in 1958 & 1959, which is far before this story takes place but most of the terms were extant then. It's been decades since I heard anyone use the term Roundheads versus Cavaliers.

We certainly used it back then.
