Firstly, hello and welcome from Asia to Paul and Miguel and Andy and everybody else new lately! It's terrific to see so many new members of our little on-line family.
Secondly, I'm with Steve and others about limiting the political opinions discussed here and also keeping Iraq talk to one thread. Plus of course, there's always Lance's MB, where all things political get talked to death over and over, and they enjoy that there.
Thirdly, sorry for having been sooo distracted lately. My planning and working on changing job and country of residence in order to be with "My Thai Man" is moving forward. (Newbies can look at a pic of me---the Geezer-- and him---the real cute one) in the Messageboard Irregulars section. My meeting with the new group I hope to be working with is on Saturday morning (the 8th) Thailand time. I am pretty sure it's going to be positive in outcome, and I'll let you know.
Fourthly, for now, at least...smith! Dude! You're THAT smith??? Very cool indeed. I love that story.
