From another MB recently...here's hopeing it's true...
there's a very large rumor flying around on the net and on tv that Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan (who plays Merry) are a couple. I did some checking and found this site:

What started this rumor was that Dominic just moved in with Elijah a couple weeks ago(and you know he could afford his own place, so why move in with him?) and the fact that the 2 of them have been seen constantly together in the last few months, and not only at the premieres of the movies, acting quite "affectionate" with each other. Now this could be just 2 very close friends but the fact that neither of them has been seen in the last year or so in the company of a girl on any dates(witch is quite fishy in Elijahs case, I mean just look as him, what girl would turn him down if he asked her out?)When the press asked Elijahs and Dominics reps they didn't commenton it, but they wouldn't deny it, either.
And if they are...it would make sence. They did spend almost 2 years acting together making the 3 movies, and when you're with the same people in a situation like that, at the end of it you're either as close as family or you hate the person. I kinda hope it's true. My gaydar has always pinged like crazy whenever I saw Elijah and they would make a cute couple. I'd be willing to bet that if they are, the only reason why they haven't made it offical is they're waiting for all the hoopla about the Rings movies to die down. Anyway that's just what I heard today.......
