So we're not together or anything. If we live nearly halfway around the world from each other, what would it really matter if one of us goes on a date?

Point is, why the F#£¤!!! did you have to LIE to me yesterday when I asked what you were going to do?! Go out and bingo with your mum is a HELL of a lot different than going on a date!

I told you when I went on a date (and it didn't work out at all, but that's a different story), why couldn't you have shown me the same courtesy? After all the love-yous we shared, didn't I deserve more? I feel so angry and upset and outright betrayed right now!

I'd been HAPPY for you if you'd told me the truth but no. You were going to go bingo with your mum.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
