I do not yet want to deploy this. But I am seriously considering a stamp that says "take this offline" for what I might describe as assinine replies to posts that are either designed to be interpreted as, or that are accidentally offensive.

I have noticed that many people who posted are not here. That upsets me. This place is not for "us". It is for "them", those who lurk, those who do not post. It is for those who are not yet ready to speak, but who read and listen.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
