As you know, we are redesigning some of the look and feel of the site soon.
I am looking at simple things like "family feel" for sections of the site, plus ease of reading, etfc.
So far I am being very simple in what I'm doing. Quiet experiments into legibility etc. Nothing radical.
Please would you look at http://iomfats.org/storyshelf/shortstories/velvet.htm and tell me if it is improved by the larger font (or not) and by the pastel background instead of white space. Use ANY other story in the stort stories section to compare it with, and feel free to make suggestions.
All I have done is moved the background to pastel, increased the font size, and added a narrow margin all round the page.
In general that is what I am going to do with all pages that do not require full blown design.
