11:17 am - ode to my laptop (to the tune of 'close to you')
why do lines suddenly appear
on my screen, here and here?
just like me, my laptop's faulty
what to do?
why do i, for the millionth time
have to call the tech guy?
just like me, he gets pissy
what to do?
on the day i picked you up
the dell guys got together
and decided it'd be neat to make you screwed,
so they sprinkled infinite loops in your drive,
and hey! your speed is kind of crude.
that is why i long to throw you down,
drop-kick you all around,
just like me, you need to be
curb-stomped, too.
now today, i defragged you,
and even ran the scandisk,
and still you see fit to inter-freeze my screens.
so i reboot about twenty times, but no,
you still run like a nasty dream.
that is why i'm going to throw you down (you've got downs)
drop-kick you (drop-kick you!) all around (all around!)
just like me, you seem to be
screwed up, too.
