I will be working a one-time event this Saturday. It's a banquet. I'll be working for Chef Wolfgang Puck who hires a lot of students from my school to assist with special events. It's doubtful that he will actually be there, but it is his company. I don't know what exactly I will get to do, but I'm really excited about it.

Tonight's class was chicken supreme with brussel sprouts and pommes Anna and chicken soup. Mmm-mmm good! Sad
