In a word my wish is compassion.

Compassion for your fellow man.

The pandemic of Aids, homelessness, poverty, mental health, physical health, oppression, prejudice, apathy, drugs, hate crimes, child abuse, and the horror of war.

Let each of us in this New Year do one thing, or more than one thing to combat these things in our society. We are all part of this world; lets make it a better place than we found it this past year.

I have a plea to each of you: Do one thing, do a little bit.

We do not all have to be activists. But we can do something; one thing in a whole year that makes the world a better place than it was yesterday.

I will be one drop of water in the waterfall of a better tomorrow. Be the drop next to me.

Love and Happiness to all of you this New Year,

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
