You guys may some of you know I've not been in the best of health for about 3 months. Bronchitis that has lasted.

Yesterday I got back to the gym for a 50% workout, and today I cycled to the office. Now I am exhasuted, but the chest is starting to be ok. It;s been a pretty horrible set of weeks. Now it looks like summer is going to be good.
