I have been shown another messagebaord [which I will not name yet because I am discussing the issue with the moderator there] where a libel is being uttered by a person, the only person, whom I have ever banned from here.

The perplexing thing is that even though this person has been informed time and again that he is incorrect in his assertions he persists in uttering this libel. I cannot fathom the motivation nor does it interest me.

However this person is the cause of any user of tbi.net being wholly unable to post messages here and in my guestbook, brecause I have been forced to ban the entire IP range pertaining to his dial up service provider.

I have rarely seen such hate in one individual. I am monitoring his libels and I will be taking relevant lawful actions which I will not specify here to ensure he ceases.

I will remind him now that my policy is to post all flames with all possible identifying details present, and that I will not, since this warning is formally given be prevailed upon to remove or otherwise conceal any identifying information.
