Yesterday (Wednesday) in the holy city of Jerusalem something absolutely unprecedented happened. The leaders of all the faiths in the city sat down together around a table and held a joint press conference. The two Chief Rabbis were there. A senior Moslem cleric was there representing the Wakf. The protestant bishop was there. The Roman Catholic delegate was there - sitting next to (horror of horrors!) the Greek Orthodox archbishop.

The meeting together of all these divines is unprecedented. What was the message that they had gathered together to announce to the world? Might it have been a message of peace and brotherly love between all religions? Might it have been a call for peace in the Holy Land? Might it have been to offer a common prayer for all those suffering in this world?

Not on your life!

What brought all these religious leaders together, what united them into one voice, was the call that the International World Pride parade not be permitted to be held in the holy city of Jerusalem. Those gays would pollute the sanctity of the city with their lewd and unholy frolicking. They are the scum of the world and they must not be permitted to achieve their unholy design.

THAT was what brought all those kindly, loving, clerics together.

When the International World Pride event was held in Rome the Pope vigorously objected. It didn't help and the event was held and it was a huge success. The event will take place in Jerusalem next August whether these prelates like it or not - and the theme will be "Love without borders" between all peoples and all faiths. How dare they proclaim such heretical nonsense???!!!

If you want more information about the World Pride event in Jerusalem you will find it here: http://www.worldpride.net/. Read it and find out what so inflames the religious leaders of the Jews, the Moslems, the Christians of all persuasions.
