... Canadian who, popularized the ownership (and management) of an island in Fiji long before the likes of Brando, et al, had even considered doing anything similar; who, founded two wineries, the first (predating his early success in Hollywood) located in the lower mainland of British Columbia, the latter in the Sonora Valley in California; who, with my life-partner became a leading authority on the cultivation and propigation of orchids, we together being responsible for introducing some 1000, or more, varieties to horticultural catalogues worldwide; I've been called generous to a fault, both to my co-workers for whom I've unequivocably demanded the same respect of their peers that they accorded me and who at death found myself nearly penniless as I'd given to Charity much of what I'd earned throughout my lifetime.
