Some of us found this easy to learn, others not so easy. The site http://jackinworld.com has loads of advanced techniques, but there is nothing that helps the novice, the uninitiated.

Please could we share the simplest of things that allow a complete novice, or one like me who had difficulty (surgery screwed me over) in achieving orgasm to be able to masturbate to orgasm?

Lack of orgasm is probably more furstrating than premature ejaculation, and no-one seems able to help us over it. At least with PE you get one!
