I know this has been raised before but I think it need a re airing.

I also am aware this was shot down by some people who think its BS and just a way of making money but not all therapy’s cost money and if an individual get help /comfort what the problem?

Yes I’m aware that there are some people who claim to do or be therapists and do some harm but that’s like saying all gay men are paedophiles this is not the case. or all black men are criminals this is also not true

I guess I was lucky to be brought up being told it's ok men cry men love and men laugh so I guess if you need help or need to let off steam TALK DONT BOTTLE up inside.stress can kill people at any age. i know

The thing with this is its not expensive and you can download their 87 page book to try for yourself all free what could be fairer than that

if u know some one who is hurting or is close to suicide then please help them insted of maybe typing in here one day poor so and so he was so nice and i wish i could have done some thing blah de blah now's your chance it might be the differnce to one of us
