1. Is the mild keratinisation of the penis a major issue? I know it reduces sensation a bit, but is this necessarily a bad thing (especially if the penis seems oversensitive already)? Presumably it does not hamper lovemaking significantly for circumcised men.

2. Is it permanent?

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
