Well, I can now reveal the reason for it. "Trains and boats and planes" and a truck, a balloon and a ship or two!

Megaman and I have just launched http://train.spottingworld.com, using the same software that wikipedia uses, for railfans and train spotters everywhere. This type of thing makes a great community, so we thought we'd have a go. Trains is this week. Soon we'll launch planes, then trucks, and then the others.
