I've calmed down a little.

I found a song on my MP3 player that was calming, so i listened to it over and over while i was walking. It was a good song, and I've calmed down since I last wrote my post.

I'd like to apologize.

Now that I think about it, it's nice to have a place like this to come to. It's non-judgemental (a plus), poeple are friendly (also a plus) and things are just great here. I like it.

I'm just thinking of what to say next.
Maybe it will come to me in a little while.
