Permit me to suggest that you revise your new sig. Since you insist on having it in French, let's get it right.

My guess is that this is what you really want to say:

Tu me permets de te caresser dans l'endroit secret spécial sous tes couilles.

Or maybe you meant to say

Laisse-moi te caresser l'endroit secret spécial sous tes couilles.

("Balles" is as in tennis and what we put into the maw of cannons.)
