Deep Thinking Survey...
If you could...
...do any type of career, what would you do & why?:
I would really like to get BS in Yacht Design, and then get some financing and start my own boatyard and marina business. Maybe build wooden boats, and restore older ones.
...visit any place in the world, where would you go?:
The archipelago around the city of Stockholm, for the sailing. Maybe the coast of Maine for the same reason.
...learn any new skill, what would you choose to learn to do?: Drafting and Autocad, for the yacht design career.
...have anything you wanted right now, what would it be & why?:
I've got just about everything I want, and I know I have everything I need. I want to do well on the SATs this fall and get into a good college.
...eat anything right now, what would it be?:
Fried shrimp. I love shrimp. Any way they can be fixed. And crab.
...change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: I'm pretty well happy with myself, but I'd like to be able to procrastinate less over things that aren't my favorite things to do. Like the laundry. Or cleaning my room! I think my temper is getting better, and I think I have more patience with people.
...fly, where would you go and why?:
Sweden
...make 3 wishes, what would you wish for?:
Less oppressive religions in the world, acceptance of alternative lifestyles, and that I'll keep my friends forever.
...meet someone from the past, who would you meet?:
Thomas Jefferson. Theodore Roosevelt. The Mahatma Gandhi. King George VI.
Random...
What's your largest desire in life?:
Right now? A successful senior year in high school. Successful relationships.
What would you do if you knew today was your last day on earth?:
Kiss my parents goodbye and go sailing.
What first impression do you hope others get from you?:
"Here's a really nice guy...a little goofy maybe and with a weird sense of humor, but really nice."
What embarrasses you most about yourself?:
I am sometimes athletically clumsy
What animal do you think you resemble most & why?:
An elephant. Slow sometimes, but steady. Intelligent without seeming to be so, good memory, and interesting I hope, to look at.
If you won the lottery, how would you spend the money?:
Tough question. I honestly never thought about this. The chances of winning are so huge and I don't gamble. But I'd try to do some good with it.
What do you want to accomplish during your life?:
To be happy, productive, a credit to my parents, in a stable relationship with either the girl or boy of my life, to die respected and mourned, and to have fun along the way.
If you could break any habit, what would it be?:
My horrible, terrible procrastination.
Some Favorites...
Favorite Hobby?:
Sailing... yachting... just messing about in boats.
Favorite Month?:
June
Favorite Year? (that you've been alive lol):
2007, so far it's been wonderous!
Favorite Scent?:
Lilies of the Valley perfume on my grandma, and Opium on Debbie, and fresh sweat on Eldon.
Favorite Body of Water? (lake, ocean, river, etc.):
Lake Winnepesaukee, in Hew Hampshire. This was a really hard one to answer. The Chesapeake Bay around Easton and St. Michael's is beautiful too.
Favorite Genre of Movies?:
Mystery and suspense
Favorite thing to do outside?:
Sail and swim. Fish a little, sail some more, swim again. Sail a little more....Get the picture? LOL
Favorite thing to do inside?:
Okay, my first facetious answer... I'm seventeen, physically fit, constantly horny and I date a great boy and a great girl... what do YOU think is my favorite indoor activity?
;-D )
