I never did while in school, Jordan. But at least one of my friends was aware and did not care. He and I worked at a sailing and canoeing school in our late teens (1970 or so) I met him again many years later and came out then. He said "I always knew. It just never mattered."

I have not come out often, but everyone, no exceptions, has said to my face "so what?" or words to that effect.

I choose not to tell everyone. There are those whose peace of mind would be shaken. I see no reason to impose the knowledge on everyone.
