Those not married to a woman will be in blissful ignorance.

It appears to be a part of the process of thinking, but they appear to spend their lives speaking. Not talking, but speaking. A running commentary on the things in the sink that require washing up, a treatise on climbing the stairs, a speech about the price of fish, a lecture, but to no audience, about the toilets being cleaned.

Why do they do it? They know it makes men want to kill them. They risk sudden death at every turn. It is impossible to ignore, and they refuse to be silent.

Why must they SPEAK at all possible moments?
