In my waking hours I've been pondering whether there is such a thing as a typical Christian name for a gay boy. Naturally parents don't know how their sons will turn out when they name them. In all likelihood the boy's sexuality is the last thing they think of when naming him.

However, in fiction the characters are named by the author. Tod(d) is a name that always strikes me as gay. (Apologies to all str8 Tods out there). In the first gay novel I read the hero was Tod Hunter. I must add that I have never met a Tod in real life.

When I write my stories I give the main characters names I particularly like. The minor characters quite often have names that sound gay.

Any suggestions for gay names?

Hugs

I dream of boys with big bulges in their trousers,
Never of girls with big bulges in their blouses.

…and look forward to meeting you in Cóito.
