It dealt, among other things, all useful things, with male penile hygiene. Now, oddly, despite not having had to submit to a circumcision until I was 23 or so, I am unsure of the answer here.

Smegma was the ~shock, horror~ topic. Those with a foreskin may know that smegma is a whitish deposit fund under the foreskin, made up of old cells, general gunge and skin oils. You may not know that it is cited as being good in the prevention of penile cancer.

Those without a foreskin will only know it of they have an uncut partner.

I have a question for the foreskin owners, well a few questions:

1) Were you ever taught to clean under your foreskin, and if so, how were you taught to do it?

2) Do you have a significant amount of smegma?

3) Surely urine balloons a little in the foreskin and washes some of the smegma away, and masturbation removes the rest?

I'd answer myself, but a damaged foreskin caused an intractable phimosis for me and I had to wash under the foreskin using an irrigation technique from about 15 onwards. Prior to that, no smegma.

Over to you guys!
