We went out today. We visited http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/w-hamhouse Ham House, and 16 minutes after I parked my car some nefarious little git stole my satnav.

So we had to wait for it to be made safe to drive, and now I have the hassle of getting it all sorted out.

It's not even as if a satnav fetches more than £20 in a pub.

This was a good grade street with loads of real people, and one nasty little shit with greed.

The police say it doesn't matter even if you remove it form display. They see the sucker mark and break in and wreck the car. Far better to have it in plain sight so they do less damage.
