My first thought with stories like this is that somebody is trying to find their 15 minutes of fame. But on deeper consideration, there is much that I do not understand. This lad mentions in the clip that it's OK to dress like you want gay or straight. I really never got into clothes as an expression of myself and I am at a loss.
