As I read this article, I thought of a similar program conducted in the US. For us it was the America Indian children that were taken from their parents and shipped to Eastern "Indian Schools". When you read stuff like this, you thank your lucky stars that you were born in more modern times.

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
