So a retired general says "Dutch Troops failed to defend against the 1995 genocide in the Bosnian war because the army was weakened, partly because it included openly gay soldiers."

Wow that is pretty extreme trying to imply that the United States military will be completely over run and destroied if we allow gay people to serve in the military openly.
