Six years ago today I was under the surgeon's knife because of bowel cancer. To the best of my knowledge I have made a full recovery.

I say this, not as any form of boast, but as an encouragement to others who might fall foul of the disease. There is hope and if you develop the signs, get something done about it immediately.

Hugs
Nigel

I dream of boys with big bulges in their trousers,
Never of girls with big bulges in their blouses.

…and look forward to meeting you in Cóito.
