The news media is full, when it comes to the impending visit by Ratzinger, of all of the abuse perpetrated by clergy operating in that sect.
It appears that ticket sales are running somewhat short of expectations. The supposition is that the Roman Catholic Abuse Scandal globally and in the United Kingdom has led to a substantial low opinion of the church.
Every Pope article is counterbalanced by meeting another man or woman who was abused by these bastards, bastards protected for so long by that church and by Ratzinger's department whose job it was to determine their future.
It is likely that the visit will be remembered more for protest than for any potential positive element of the visit.
If I had a god, my god would strike these cant spouting, self serving, child abusing, lying bastards with a thunderbolt.
