Florida is the one state where the First Ammendment of the Constitution seems to be ignored. Of course after reading about obsenity laws, it seems Florida is the only state in the country with such a statute. This is an outrage and by tomorrow we will be hearing from the American Civil Liberties Union about this.

No matter the contents, there is no proof that this author intended for the readers to go out and practice what he wrote about. Pedophilia is the popular crime and has been for several decades. There are real criminals out there that need to be stopped. Greaves is not one of them unless he has done something to harm a child that can be proven. It's insane, he has never lived in Florida!
Authors of pornographic material have always been a target for the "do gooders" of society. Sheriff Judd just joins a long list of dupes who will cost the taxpayers money over this nonsense and lose when a Federal judge tells him to bugger off. It seems he also wasted $50 on the damn book.
In America each state gets to set the standard for what is considered obscene material, but none of those laws trumps the Constitutional right of free speech. This is something that needs to be followed very carefully.
Age appears to be best in four things; old wood best to burn, old wine to drink, old friends to trust, and old authors to read. (Sir Francis Bacon 1561-1626)
