We have been under attack for a while. This accounts for unusual site performance. We have put defences into place and have mitigated some of the effect. We are just caught up in the attack which is to a general IP range we happen to live n

Frankly, we think such laws are silly. They do young people more harm than good. How can you possibly ask questions on a gay forum without coming out to your parents if you need consent?
